Technical Sales ERP (w/m/d)

About the Position

TimeLine Consulting SCHWEIZ AG, located in Raum Zürich, Schweiz, is seeking a dedicated Technical Sales ERP (w/m/d) to join our ambitious and growing team. As part of the TimeLine Group, we develop and distribute our globally successful ERP software, TimeLine®, for small and medium-sized industrial and commercial enterprises. Our international presence includes offices in Germany, Luxemburg, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, India, and the Netherlands, employing around 150 staff who serve over 1,000 customers with more than 22,000 installations. We are continuously expanding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central contact for Swiss prospects
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team at headquarters for strategy development and sales cycle design
• Establish and maintain the sales pipeline for the Swiss market
• Conduct TimeLine ERP presentations (online or on-site)
• Provide sales support during on-site workshops
• Manage the internal CRM system
• Depending on development, skills, and interest, your role may expand further

Requirements

• No specific degree required; however, a "hunter mentality" and familiarity with ERP and PPS topics are essential
• At least 2 years of experience in the sales of business software, preferably in ERP and PPS solutions
• Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with prospects and clients
• Presentation and moderation skills in both German and English
• Strong team and communication skills
