Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between customers and all relevant internal departments
Handle new business development and build on existing customer relationships
Receive customer inquiries and evaluate them from both technical and commercial perspectives
Address technical questions both internally and externally (e.g., quality, feasibility)
Prepare quotes, submit them to the customer, and actively follow up on them
Independently conduct client meetings and negotiations
Collaborate on projects or lead them independently
Coordinate closely with the global sales team and ensure smooth communication
Represent the Kaufbeuren office within the stoba Group’s international sales team

Excellent technical aptitude and a strong technical understanding
Structured, solution-oriented manner and an eye for detail
Ability to present complex issues in a way that is clear and tailored to the audience
Analytical, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinking
Clear overview even in complex situations
Clear and persuasive communication-both nationally and internationally
Enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to discussions

Technical training and completed further education to become a master craftsman or technician in the metalworking field
Several years of hands-on experience in manufacturing
Several years of experience in sales with responsibility for customer accounts
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Ideally, CAD skills
Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
