Responsibilities

• Technical support of aerospace products in the international service and repair network
• Handling and coordination of technical inquiries regarding fleet operations, repair solutions, modifications, and special solutions
• Development of technical solutions for in-service topics in collaboration with design, testing, suppliers, and related departments
• Support of the Program Support Management in resolving warranty and goodwill cases
• Technical representation at international operator conferences and technical workshops
• Creation and coordination of verification plans for aircraft products
• Support and supervision of verification activities for ground service equipment
• Participation in 24/7 AOG on-call duty for handling urgent technical inquiries

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a similar qualification
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Fluent English skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20% travel time per year)
• High communication and teamwork skills
• On-call duty availability
