Technical Software Consultant (m/f/d)

About the Position

As a Technical Software Consultant (m/f/d) at Serviceware Benelux in Leiden, you will ensure that healthcare organizations can configure their operational processes efficiently and cost-effectively. This role makes work more enjoyable and easier for many employees!

You will be part of a team of approximately 20 colleagues in Leiden, collaborating within a team of 2 functional consultants and 3 technical consultants. Your new office is conveniently located near Leiden Central Station, easily accessible by public transport, bicycle, or car. The office is modern and fully equipped with all conveniences. Additionally, you will regularly visit clients across the Netherlands. As a company, we are part of a larger group with 14 locations in 8 countries, allowing you to benefit from the agility of a small company combined with the professionalism of an international employer.

Responsibilities

As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Installing and configuring our software in close collaboration with our clients;
• Setting up and developing integrations with various healthcare applications;
• Configuring (virtual) servers in collaboration with Cloud Management;
• Performing system and acceptance tests;
• Contributing to the further development and refinement of our product.

You will manage multiple implementations simultaneously, with projects lasting between 2 and 8 months. After implementation, you will continue to support the client and keep them informed of new developments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Autonomy and problem-solving skills;
• At least 2 years of experience with:
  • Software implementations
  • Developing interfaces/integrations between systems
  • Project-based work
  • Knowledge of HL7 and the medical sector is a plus
• At least an HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;
• Affinity with AI (leveraging AI for technical development; setting up agents; configuring MCP servers);
• Fluency in Dutch and English;
• Possession of a category B driver's license.
