About the Position

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer (FDE) to troubleshoot and implement technical solutions for customers, requiring hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and implement technical solutions for customers
• Work hands-on with APIs, integrations, data migrations, and scripting
• Own the technical implementation or resolution of complex customer issues end-to-end
• Coordinate with Engineering/Product teams
• Communicate directly with customers

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, data migrations, and scripting
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement technical solutions for customers
• Experience in owning the technical implementation or resolution of complex customer issues end-to-end
• Fluency in English and comfort in leading technical discussions, workshops, and troubleshooting sessions with English-speaking enterprise customers
