Technical Specialist – Suport Hardware

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation and operation of the managed charging infrastructure through the company's platform by configuring equipment, managing stations, and providing technical support to partners and colleagues.
- Perform the configuration of hardware and software equipment (charging stations, auxiliary components, routers) in accordance with each project's requirements and the technical documentation of the manufacturers.
- Administer and update charging station information in the platform, including the introduction of new stations and partners in the system.
- Occasionally prepare configured equipment for delivery and handle the shipment of necessary installation materials (charging steps, RFID cards) to the locations where the stations are to be installed.
- Provide technical support to partners for the commissioning of stations, both remotely and occasionally on-site, including diagnosing hardware issues, maintenance activities, and replacing defective components.
- Maintain communication and collaborate with equipment manufacturers to resolve technical situations related to software or hardware.
- Test the stations for integration into the platform and verify basic functionalities, documenting the test results.
- Collaborate with the customer support department to investigate and resolve hardware component-related reports.
Requirements
- Experience of 3-4 years (minimum 2 years in a technical area)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for technology with at least a medium technical understanding
- Desire to do things well and find ways to improve the work process
- Organized, open to feedback, and a good team player
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and high-potential market, growing with it
