Responsibilities

• After comprehensive training, you will support projects related to stamping tools and technical equipment
• You will assist with the commissioning of stamping tools at our plants and at supplier sites
• You will contribute to the optimization of tools, equipment, and processes
• You will support the further development of our technical equipment and automation solutions
• As your experience grows, you will gradually take ownership of your own tasks and projects

Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma, technical vocational qualification, or a comparable education
• Recent graduates and career changers are also very welcome
• Interest in technology and a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Structured way of working, team spirit, and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and Italian or English

Compensation

• Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
• Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
• Annual variable production bonus
