Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product manuals including User Manual, Installation Manual, Technical Manual, Spare Parts Manual, and Recycling Manual.
- Participate in new product project development and create product manuals and follow up on other service tasks.
- Participate in the engineering changes team to evaluate the changes and update product manuals as well as follow up on other service tasks.
- Edit short service instructions to support SSU’s field issues.
- Provide technical solutions to support SSU’s technical requests.
- Assist in products technical training.
- Other duties assigned by the Technical Service Manager.
Requirements
- University education or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering is expected; electrical engineering and automation is much preferred.
- Technical knowledge of automation, PLC, and HMI is much preferred.
- Fluent in oral and written English is much preferred.
- Experience in editing product manuals is preferred.
- 2~3 years of technical support experience of medical devices in US/EU Company is preferred.
