About the Position
SPRIBE is an innovative B2B iGaming software developer reshaping the industry with cutting-edge technology and a forward-thinking approach to game design. We're hiring a Technical Support Engineer to help us build the future of iGaming.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and supply analysis to fix application/configuration issues (improper configuration/deny of services etc.).
- Troubleshoot B2B customers' issues.
- Create and maintain integration processes with new customers.
- Support customers during the “go live” process.
- Respond to customers’ inquiries relating to information, product functionality, and issues.
- Assist in developing support documentation for partners.
- Support Java applications.
Requirements
- Analytical mindset.
- Understanding of client-server architecture.
- Basic knowledge of Relational DBs.
- Experience with REST API/JSON will be a plus.
- Fast learner and able to work independently.
- English - Upper-Intermediate (writing and verbal communication skills).
- Basic understanding of OOP languages will be a plus.
Work Conditions
Our support team operates 24/7 on an on-call schedule, with employees covering morning, daytime, and evening shifts to ensure timely and efficient assistance for our clients.
Shifts (GMT+3):
- Monday - Friday: 6:00–15:00 / 10:00–19:00 / 15:00–00:00
- Weekends and night coverage are on-call only.
