About the Position
3DTECH is a Ukrainian company developing innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national protection. We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are rapidly growing and expanding our team. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Manager to join our team and provide technical assistance to clients using our products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers regarding drone operation
- Analyze user feedback to improve product performance
- Manage replacement, repair, and return processes
- Develop and implement processes for handling technical inquiries
- Consult clients on equipment repairs (e.g. NMCs, coils, drones)
- Diagnose issues and perform repairs on drones post-sale
- Solder and replace damaged components
- Flash firmware, update software, and calibrate equipment
- Conduct field testing: assemble equipment, prepare for and perform tests
- Maintain documentation on completed work
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with UAVs (assembly, configuration, firmware)
- Knowledge of drone structure, working principles, and types
- Soldering skills
- Familiarity with Betaflight and INAV
- Ability to read technical documentation and schematics
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for record-keeping
