Description

You will provide daily technical support to customers, handling hardware and software inquiries, identifying and resolving suggestions and complaints. You will also support the software department as the communication bridge between customers and SW programmers, ensuring customer requirements are understood and followed up. In collaboration with colleagues, you will propose and create technical solutions and help process projects from customer requirements through preparation of supporting materials for internal departments.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education (electrical engineering or IT preferred)
• Electrical/technical knowledge
• Ability to work with technical documentation and drawings
• Embedded devices experience (advantage)
• Knowledge of the internal K2 system (advantage)
• Driver’s license category B
• English or German knowledge (advantage)
• Positive, constructive approach; analytical thinking; teamwork
• Very good organizational and communication skills; systematic approach
• Ability to precisely pass on information and communicate effectively
