About the Position

Technical Support Specialist II

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist II to join our team in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Provide technical support and maintenance for dental equipment.

Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, you will support operations, equipment inspection, and repair support to the customers (Dentists and dental clinic staff).

• Connection to other companies' products in the network of in-hospital LAN devices and systems other than the above products
• Technical service including product installation and repair after installation at the customer's site
• Periodic inspection visits of products
• Explain to customers, provide quotations, and negotiate prices on dental equipment (dental treatment tables, CAD/CAM/CT equipment, sterilizers, etc.)

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• Good IT skills (PCs, software, and technical support)
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and holds a valid driver's license
• Professional English proficiency (reading and writing emails)

Nice to Have

• Field Service Engineer experience
• Dental or medical equipment background
• Technical/IT certifications
• Knowledge of pneumatic or fluid systems
