About the Position

The Fourth Law (Четвертий Закон) - a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of drone autonomy technologies. Our solutions are codified to NATO standards and are used by more than 50 units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine and 20+ drone manufacturers. Our products bear the names of Ukrainian figures of the Executed Renaissance and the Sixtiers - Vasyl Stus, Olena Teliha, Mykola Zerov, and Anatolii Lupynos.

In 2026, the company received an award from DOU as the most promising project in the defense technology sector.

Role mission: To ensure high-quality and timely support for the company’s partners, help resolve technical issues, and maintain stable interaction between product users and the technical team for the effective use of The Fourth Law’s solutions in the defense technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and handling partner requests via chat and email.
• Answering common questions and helping with basic technical problems.
• Initial diagnostics of requests and gathering the necessary information.
• Escalating complex cases to the technical team.
• Maintaining a positive partner experience and adhering to service standards.

Requirements

• Experience working in a support service or with customers in general.
• Basic technical background and the ability to quickly get to grips with new products.
• High-level proficiency in Ukrainian.
• English level Intermediate+ (for written communication).
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, sociability.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with unmanned aerial vehicles.
• Experience working with CRM.
• Experience assembling UAVs, knowledge of their design, operating principles, and use.
• Military service experience (a plus).

Work Format

• Hybrid working format. Working hours: 11:00–20:00 (after onboarding).
