About the Position
We are UniTalk, an international IT product company that provides diverse and high-quality telecommunications services: from IP telephony and call tracking to voice bots and speech analytics using AI.
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist L1 (Romanian Language) to assist our clients with any technical issues related to our product: from setting up the workplace to providing short training on how to use our product.
Responsibilities
- Training: Undergo training with our Team Lead to understand our work, structure, corporate culture, work tools, regulations, and instructions.
- Testing: Be tested to understand what you have learned well and what areas need further work.
- Technical Support: Work on all technical customer inquiries, from simple requests to complex configurations.
- Service Monitoring: Monitor service performance after updates and control the quality of their operation.
- Troubleshooting: Participate in resolving major issues and consolidate information for your Team Lead.
- Integrations: Connect our telephony integrations to customers’ external CRM/ERP systems and write instructions and reviews for using our services.
- Interesting Tasks: Engage in various tasks that will keep you from getting bored.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in an office in Kyiv (near Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station)
- Experience configuring any network equipment
- Knowledge of network protocols (UDP, TCP, HTTP)
- Romanian at Upper-Intermediate+ level
- Basic skills in configuring Windows or Linux OS
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Nice to Have
- Experience in technical support
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems
- English or Polish at an Upper-Intermediate+ level

- Salary: During the probationary period, the salary will be 20k UAH. After the probationary period, your salary can systematically increase due to bonuses and regular reviews.
