About the Position

We are growing every month, and with growth comes more tasks. That's why we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist. Their goal is to find the best solution for each client.

Responsibilities

Assist our users in setting up projects.
Provide technical support to our clients primarily via chat and, if necessary, by phone.
Work with the knowledge base (update and write instructions).
Use the CRM system for communication with other departments of our team.
Record customer feedback and bugs for the development team.

Requirements

Practical skills:

Technical background - specialized secondary education or completed technical higher education (4–5 courses) / courses in QA, development, HTML, BA / self-learning of technical tools.
Proficient written and oral communication in Ukrainian.
Advanced PC skills.
Experience in Technical Support or positions related to handling customer inquiries through various channels is welcome but not mandatory.

Personal qualities:

Attention to detail and perseverance.
Independence and ability to learn quickly.
Analytical thinking.
Empathy and a desire to help clients.
Results-oriented and responsible.

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience with IP Telephony or Internet Networks.
IT experience (e.g., Manual QA) or relevant courses.
Experience with API/Webhooks.
Configuration or implementation of CRM systems.
Experience with Ticket Systems.
Ability to read logs and basic work with DevTools.
Confident use of AI tools in work or learning.

We Offer

You will always have a guaranteed rate as a "base" and a monthly bonus depending on the results.
Fixed work schedule from Monday to Friday with a flexible start time: start of work from 09:00 to 10:00, end from 18:00 to 19:00.
Opportunity to work fully remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
Paid vacation - 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates, and 11 public holidays.
