Technical Writer

We are seeking a Technical Writer to produce games-related documentation and other supporting documents in order to communicate business and technical information. Responsibilities

• Write and maintain all generic documentation for Premium games - Working Papers and Games Rules, clearly describing game features and functionality.
• Determine the documentation needs of different end users.
• Study product samples and capture information from product managers and developers.
• Analyze, coordinate, prioritize, and compile the information into different document types (Working Papers, Games Rules).
• Use games screenshots that increase users’ understanding.
• Standardize content across the Studio.
• Gather usability feedback from customers.
• Revise documents as new updates and issues arise.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or related field - Advantage.
• An ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail within given time.
• Excellent written and verbal English level.
• Proven experience - Advantage.
