About the Role

Clear and comprehensive documentation is not just an add-on to a product. It’s the key to how quickly partners and users can deploy the Ajax system - and how confidently they can take advantage of all its features. This is exactly the kind of documentation you’ll be creating with us.

What Awaits You:

• Working with devices ranging from motion detectors to advanced fire safety systems.
• Writing both dry technical specifications and in-depth articles about AI principles in cameras.
• Daily collaboration with R&D, PROD, marketing, product managers, and web developers.
• Preparing documents together with the certification team to meet international standards and bring products to new markets.
• Becoming a “translator” of complex technical language into clear, user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Write technical specifications and align them with R&D.
• Create web instructions that make complex features easy to understand for users.
• Prepare supplementary materials and recommendations for convenient product use.
• Support marketing projects from the technical side and grow your own expertise.

Requirements

This role is for you if:

• You take pleasure in precision: details are not a burden but a tool.
• You believe complex things can be explained simply and elegantly.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where change is the norm.
• You have experience working with technical texts.
• You are proficient in Ukrainian and English (B2–C1).
