Technicien Expert CVC Frigoriste Itinérant - Région Est Rhône Alpes H/F

About the Position

Veolia Energie Performance, a subsidiary of the Veolia Group, is seeking a Technicien Expert CVC Frigoriste Itinérant H/F for the Est Rhône-Alpes region. This role involves maximizing the ecological and operational performance of industrial sites through HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the launch and operational setup of new contracts.
• Ensure service continuity until local teams take over.
• Provide technical expertise on complex interventions.
• Reinforce agencies to cover absences or recruitment needs.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on heating, cooling, ventilation, heat pumps, cold units, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support field teams and share best practices.
• Manage administrative follow-up of interventions and update CMMS tools.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and internal procedures.

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Degree in HVAC, refrigeration, energy, or maintenance.
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance.
• Strong technical expertise and ability to work autonomously.
• Enjoy varied environments and missions requiring reactivity and expertise.
• Mobile and available for frequent travel with overnight stays.
• B driving license required.

Desired Qualifications and Certifications:

• Electrical certifications.
• Certification for handling refrigerant fluids.
• Gas certification.
• Gas welding certification.
• Forklift license (CACES Nacelle).

We Offer

Attractive Compensation Package:

• Annual gross salary between €37,000 and €40,000 on a 13-month basis.
• Meal allowance of €16 net per day.
• Clothing maintenance allowance of €1 net per day.
• Remote work allowance of €16 gross per night.
• Long-distance travel allowance of €15 gross per day beyond 350 km.
• Company vehicle with fuel card & toll pass as needed.
