About the Position

We are seeking a skilled QA Technician for validation tests to join our team in Blonie, Poland. Responsibilities include building test stations, conducting validation tests, and maintaining test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Building and assembling dedicated validation test stations and related equipment.
• Responsibility for preparing the test station and conducting validation tests.
• Utilizing and maintaining an automated monitoring system to ensure test compliance with specifications, as well as operating auxiliary systems necessary for the tested component (such as load stations, harnesses, chillers, high-voltage cabinets, etc.).
• Participation in equipment calibration programs and preventive and reactive activities related to equipment maintenance – as a laboratory representative.
• Applying and continuously updating all safety guidelines.
• Responsibility for raw test data (measurement results).
• Participation in activities related to continuous improvement and maintenance of validation test equipment.

Requirements

• Technical education in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
• At least 2 years of experience in testing, preferably in the validation area in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of test equipment: climate chambers, digital multimeter (DMM), power supply, oscilloscope, generators, dynamometer, etc.
• Documented professional experience in wiring test cabinets (racks).
• Solid knowledge of industrial electrical standards.
• Experience in basic electrical circuit design.
• Very good communication skills.
• Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of German or French will be an additional asset.
• Willingness to travel for work – initially for longer periods, then up to approximately 5% of working time.

Recruitment Process

• CV Review – Your application and CV will be analyzed to assess your qualifications and experience in relation to the position requirements.
• Telephone interview (approximately 30 minutes) – An initial conversation to discuss your experience, expectations, and answer basic questions.
• Technical Interview (1–1.5 hours, one or two rounds) – Conducted in English with a manager and an additional team member. This stage focuses on evaluating your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The interview can be conducted via Teams or at our office.
• HR Interview (45 minutes) – A meeting with an HR representative to ensure your values align with our company culture and to discuss the next steps. This interview can also be conducted via Teams or at the office.
