We are seeking an experienced and talented Technischen Administrator (m/w/d) Kalibrierlabor to join our team in Bensheim, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Calibration Activities:

  • Calibration of measuring devices for electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and special measuring quantities
  • Assessment, inspection, and maintenance of measuring and test instruments
  • Performing necessary adjustments on measuring and test instruments and documenting them
  • Application of standards, regulations, and calibration guidelines
  • Creation of calibration programs and calibration instructions
  • Conducting tolerance and measurement uncertainty calculations
  • Master data maintenance and updating of measuring and test instruments in the measurement management database (CALVIN)

• Process Development and Documentation:

  • Updating process descriptions, work instructions, and templates
  • Maintenance and optimization of existing IT systems
  • Validation of used process software
  • Acting as a key user

• ERP System Activities:

  • Creating purchase orders
  • Generating shipping instructions

• Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Close cooperation with adjacent areas such as production, test equipment manufacturing, process and test planning, other specialist departments, and external partners
  • Supporting QMS audits at the Bensheim site

• Radiation Protection Officer Role (if assigned):

  • Conducting leak radiation measurements and acceptance measurements on X-ray testing equipment
  • Compliance with radiation protection regulations (StrlSchG and StrlSchV)

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an industrial electrician, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification
• Ideally, relevant professional experience in a similar position
• Previous experience with the use of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments
• Good technical understanding and fine motor skills
• Good IT skills in Microsoft 365
• Ideally, experience with SAP
• Initial experience with databases is desirable
• Ambition and dynamism, sense of responsibility, reliability
• Independent, structured, goal-oriented, and team-oriented work
• Service orientation and strong communication skills
• Ideally, expertise in radiation protection according to R6.1 and S2
