About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager (m/w/d) for AI, UX & Automation, InsurTech to join our team in Frankfurt. This role focuses on digital product and project management, emphasizing artificial intelligence, user experience, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital products and projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Utilize artificial intelligence and automation to enhance product offerings
• Communicate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• German: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1 Level)
• English: Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 Level)
• Analytical Skills: Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Artificial Intelligence: Hohe Affinität zu Künstlicher Intelligenz und LLMs
• Programming: Erfahrung im Programmieren oder in der Implementierung von KI-basierten Lösungsansätzen ist von Vorteil
• Agile Working: Lust auf eine agile Arbeitsweise
• Communication Skills: Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit externen Partnern und internen Stakeholdern

Nice to Have

• Digital Environment: Erste Berufserfahrung (bis zu 2 Jahre) im digitalen Umfeld
