About the Position

Your Tasks
- Taking over and parallel management of 30 PV projects from sales
- Technical and economic review including clarification of open issues
- Planning of PV systems (layout, design, substructure, materials)
- Creation and coordination of parts lists with warehouse and purchasing
- Coordination and scheduling of installations with subcontractors and customers
- Central interface for customers and project stakeholders during implementation
- Management of subcontractors and resolution of technical and organizational issues
- Ensuring project acceptance and handover to accounting
- Active management of deviations and additional costs
- Responsibility for gross margin and economic project success

- Solid technical understanding (photovoltaics / electrical engineering)
- Independent, pragmatic technical planning
- Clear, binding, and assertive communication
- High organizational and prioritization skills with many projects
- Economic thinking and understanding of margins/KPIs
- Digital affinity and confident use of tools
- Hands-on mentality and result responsibility
