WSCAD GmbH, the world's leading provider of AI-supported E-CAD software, is seeking a Technical Trainer & Consultant for E-CAD & Building Automation. Join our team and contribute to making electrical engineering smarter and more efficient.
Responsibilities
- Train & Educate: Conduct in-person and online workshops for customers, dealers, and partners on our software for Building Automation (BA) & Technical Building Equipment (TGA).
- Consult & Optimize: Provide technical support for building automation projects in accordance with HOAI & VDI 3814.
- Develop Solutions: Assist clients with the implementation and interface connection (e.g., ERP/PDM).
- Inspire & Connect: Lead events, roadshows, trade shows, and online events to share our expertise with the industry.
- Advance: Expand training concepts and optimize consulting modules.
Requirements
- Experience or training in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a similar field.
- Passion for software, digital planning tools, and process optimization.
- Experience in building automation and knowledge of standards and norms (e.g., HOAI, VDI 3814, GEG, DIN EN 15232, DIN V 18599, DIN EN ISO 16484).
- Experience in project management according to HOAI LPH 1-9.
- Knowledge in water hydraulics, HVAC technology, and interoperable communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX).
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and neighboring countries.
- Interest in new technologies and AI-supported solutions.
- Required: C1 German and B2 English language skills, both spoken and written.
