For our open position as KFZ Lackierer - Trainer (d/m/w), we are looking for you! Lead our professional painting team in Hemau near Regensburg and ensure the smooth preparation of the premium vehicles of our Autohero production department. This department is responsible for and ensures the top quality of our Autohero inventory. Responsibilities
- Development of training materials for body repairers, apprentices, and professionals in the field of body repair
- Conducting practical training on repair procedures, painting, polishing, as well as the proper dismantling and assembly of vehicle components
- Teaching the proper use of alignment systems, replacement of parts, and repair of accident damage
- Training in the use of water-based paints, the use of paint booths, and modern color mixing techniques
- Instruction in the use of diagnostic devices for damage analysis and the handling of grinding machines, paint spray guns, and welding technology
- Teaching specialized processing techniques for aluminum, plastics, and composite materials as used in modern vehicle constructions
- Instruction in the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and relevant safety standards and regulations within the paint shop
- Training in professional damage assessment and the creation and documentation of repair orders
Requirements
- +10 years of experience in the automotive industry and in body assembly in large companies
- Good skills in handling tools, including diagnostic and measuring instruments
- Precision and critical analysis of your own work
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent coaching/communication skills
