- Completed qualification in the field of electrical engineering, e.g., journeyman with relevant professional experience in switchgear construction, master electrician, or completed degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a communicative and binding manner in technical consultation.
- Structured, independent, and self-responsible working style.

- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in speech and writing.
We Offer
- You can expect a 13th monthly salary.
- Company pension scheme for additional security.
- 40 hours per week from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:30.
- Friday working hours until 13:30.
- Flexible working hours via a time account.
- 30 vacation days per year with a 5-day workweek.
- High-quality equipment with professional software and hardware.

- Varied and technically challenging projects with customized switchgear.
- Regular product training, seminars, and internal exchange.
- Respectful and collegial cooperation.
- Regular team events and company parties for a pleasant working environment where collaboration is truly lived.
