Techno-Functional Reconciliation Consultant (SmartStream TLM/IntelliMatch)

About the Position

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Reconciliation Consultant (SmartStream TLM/IntelliMatch) for a role in Singapore. This position requires 8+ years of experience in SmartStream TLM and IntelliMatch reconciliation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Development and configuration of solutions utilizing the SmartStream TLM Application Suite, including TLM Control, TLM SmartStudio, TLM Recon Admin, TLM View, and MI.
• TLM Solution configuration and implementation, working with users and project teams to design, build, test, and deliver reconciliation solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Execute unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Configuration/code management and maintenance of development and test environments.
• Follow the delivery governance model and provide regular updates to project and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SmartStream TLM (2.4/3.0) and/or IntelliMatch reconciliation platforms.
• Strong experience in reconciliation platform implementation, configuration, and support using SmartStream TLM or IntelliMatch.
• Good knowledge of an RDBMS, particularly at least one of Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server.
• Good knowledge of at least two operating systems including Windows, Unix, and/or Linux.
• Strong solution configuration and implementation skills, including the ability to configure business applications using front-end tools, database table updates, and data transformation tools (ETL).
• Experience with reconciliation workflows, matching rules, exception management, reconciliation controls, and operational reporting.
• For TLM candidates: Strong experience with SmartStream TLM Application Suite, including TLM Control, TLM SmartStudio, TLM Recon Admin, TLM View, and MI.
• Experience working with users and project teams to design, build, test, and deliver reconciliation solutions.
• Experience in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Experience in test case preparation, test design, configuration/code management, and maintenance of development and test environments.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
