We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational hands-on Technical Software Engineering Lead with a technical and architecture background having excellent qualifications to help design and build Desktop and Mobile apps to work seamlessly with related hardware. You will define and implement a strategic vision, optimize the software development lifecycle, and deploy AI-driven innovations across the SDLC. Work in a fast-paced environment, to deliver world-class apps that delight our customers and help grow the business. You are expected to be hands-on and in the details in all phases of development including planning, execution, and release. You strive for the best customer experience, are passionate about building great software, and care deeply about building and strengthening a great engineer team and culture.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all technical processes and technology decisions for projects within an account / a portfolio
• Interacts with the client senior technical staff to set the account / portfolio technical directions
• Together with the client, defines metrics and sets technical quality targets for multiple or complex client projects, and makes sure our teams deliver to it
• Finds and proposes efficiencies in the project plans. Creates, publishes, maintains, and executes on multi-year technology roadmap for the client and/or the portfolio.
• Oversees the account/portfolio technical dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
• Shepherds best practices and processes within the account. Act as a coach to senior engineering teams.
• Collaboration with delivery, sales, account management, and technology leaders at both new and existing customers to drive new logos and influence revenue

Requirements

Technical Background and Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
• Technology Management, Technology Consulting, or CTO background
• Broad and in-depth expertise across multiple technologies (C#, Android, IOS, Angular, C++ etc.) supported by prior development experience
• Understanding of modern technology trends and technology itself (ex. IoT, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Digital Twins etc.)
• Product-oriented mindset and experience of Products/Features ideation, through execution till launch
• Proficient in test-driven development, automated testing, and the use of testing frameworks

AI & Modern Engineering Practices

• Experience working with or delivering AI-enabled solutions, including: AI agents and automation within software development workflows Applying AI to improve developer productivity, testing, code quality, and delivery insights

• Proven ability to support teams adopting AI tools and practices, ensuring responsible, secure, and effective implementation
• Understanding of how AI impacts software architecture, delivery cadence, and operational models

• Self-starter and can work effectively in a global, distributed team

• Ability to act as a coach to senior engineering teams

• Ability to follow and predict market trends
• Fluent English
