About the Position
Técnico de Equipamentos Eletrônicos
ARRISE is seeking a dedicated Técnico de Equipamentos Eletrônicos to join our team. This role involves handling maintenance, verification, and repair of gaming equipment, ensuring seamless operations in our gaming facilities.
Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance, verification, and repair of gaming equipment and related subassemblies.
- Assist in all service requirements necessary for gaming machine equipment.
- Read and interpret data recorded by gaming equipment.
- Move and install gaming equipment.
- Provide technical consultancy.
- Safely and effectively operate shop tools including hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic test equipment.
- Prepare documents corresponding to the performed operations.
- Represent the company in relation to the relevant gambling authorities.
- Follow policies and procedures as they relate to technical operations.
- Provide input on how policies and procedures may be streamlined to enhance machine repair, improve safety requirements, and security of equipment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role or technical one.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, to meet business needs.
- English language – conversational level.
