We are seeking a skilled electrical maintenance technician for a full-time position with three-shift work, including weekends, to join our operations team in Origgio.

Responsibilities

As an electrical systems maintenance technician, with experience in solving electrical and electromechanical issues, you will work on three shifts, including weekends. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Supervising glass production systems and preventive maintenance activities to ensure production continuity
• Researching and repairing electrical faults on production machines
• Reading electromechanical and electropneumatic schematics, researching, and resolving any faults
• Reading and interpreting process schematics and flow diagrams
• Supervising and inspecting electrical systems, pumps, compressors, electrical cabinets, cooling towers, and fire systems
• Using control systems with PLCs, inverters, and main motor start methods
• Writing reports on interventions performed and results obtained, ensuring traceability and supporting continuous improvement

Requirements

• Diploma in electrical, electronic, or electromechanical engineering
• Previous experience, even brief, in electrical and electromechanical maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and basic knowledge of PLC systems and related input/output signals
• Ability to intervene quickly in case of faults or plant shutdowns
• Familiarity with the installation of electrical systems
• Availability for work on three shifts, from Monday to Sunday, including holidays
