About the Position

Joining the Construction area, we are looking for a profile with experience in construction as a Technical Production Specialist.
As a member of the Site Management team alongside the Site Manager, you will direct the on-site construction, aiming to respect the budget, deadlines, quality, and safety and health standards set by the company.
Your first project will be in the province of Toledo and you will participate in an industrial building project from the ground up.
Under the Site Manager's directives, among other functions, you will be responsible for:
- Handling all dealings with Property, Designers, DF, and Control Offices.
- Managing the internal Grupotec team.
- Controlling and managing suppliers.
- Being responsible for Project Execution, Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, SYS, and After-Sales.

Requirements
- Education: Arquitecto Técnico / Ingeniero de la Edificación
- Additional Training: 60h Course on Prevention of Occupational Risks.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Technical Production Specialist in construction.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP, and Office suite.
- Desirable: Previous experience in singular and industrial building.
