About the Position
Enzym Group - a Ukrainian biotech company with over 30 years of experience in research and development of yeast products.
Four business directions and our own R&D center provide partners in 28 countries with food, feed, bakery, and yeast solutions to improve the quality of life, integrating biotechnology into everyday life.
In Ukraine, we are the market leader in baking - 2 out of 3 loaves of bread in Ukraine are baked with our yeast. We export over 50% of our products to 28 countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
We invite you to join our team as a Technologist in bakery and confectionery production.
Requirements
- Higher or secondary specialized technological education (food technology, bakery, confectionery production);
- Experience working in a laboratory or in the bakery/confectionery industry - will be a plus;
- Proficiency in laboratory and production testing methods;
- Attention to detail, structured, and responsible;
- Ability to work with laboratory equipment and technological documentation;
- Confident use of PC and specialized software;
- Proactive, ready to propose and implement improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conducting tests of yeast, raw materials, additives, and company products;
- Analyzing test requests, selecting and correctly applying methodologies;
- Developing and testing recipes for bakery and confectionery products;
- Participating in the creation and adjustment of laboratory research methods;
- Summarizing test results, preparing reports, and entering data into internal programs;
- Quality control of raw materials for additives production and the sales department;
- Preparing test samples of products for demonstrations, marketing activities, and consumer meetings;
- Participation in seminars, technology days, and field events.
