About the Position

PRANO - a premium service for the care of clothing, footwear, and accessories. We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technologist for shoes, bags, and fur products who will be responsible for the quality of work, the development of the direction, and the organization of processes in the department.

Responsibilities

• Performing the restoration of shoes, bags, and fur products in accordance with the company's technological standards
• Quality control of work at all stages of order fulfillment
• Final inspection of complex, expensive, and non-standard products
• Determining methods of restoration, repair, and care for products
• Assessing risks and making decisions regarding the feasibility of work
• Consulting clients in complex or non-standard cases
• Interaction with order intake managers regarding the assessment of the cost and specifics of work
• Implementing new technologies, materials, and tools
• Optimizing department processes and improving service quality
• Training and monitoring the work of department masters
• Controlling the use of materials and forming procurement needs
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and minimizing defects

Requirements

• Experience as a technologist or master in the restoration of shoes/bags from 3 years
• Deep understanding of restoration technologies for leather, textile, and fur products
• Experience with premium and delicate products is a plus
• Knowledge of materials, paints, fittings, and care products
• Attention to detail and high quality standards
• Ability to make independent technological decisions
• Experience in training or coordinating masters is a plus
• Responsibility, systematic approach, and a desire to develop the direction
