Within the Nexer Engineering business area, we collaborate with industry-leading companies and specialize in product development and manufacturing. Our primary focus is on projects in sectors such as the defense industry, automotive industry, and energy sector, where we cover competency areas ranging from system development and embedded systems to production technology, electronics/mechanics, and of course - project management.

We work on long-term assignments, and when you feel it's time for a new challenge, there are good opportunities to grow further through Nexer. We provide you with support and the necessary skill development to advance in the direction you desire.

Responsibilities

As a technical project manager with us, you have a central role in driving and coordinating projects, often from start to finish. You work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. You are the link between technology and business, operating within a broad contact area to create innovative and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in project management within technical industries. You are a natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in project management within product development or manufacturing industry
• Technical background and knowledge in HW/SW
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Certification in project management is advantageous (e.g., PMP, IPMA)
• Experience working in a consulting role is advantageous

As a consultant, you are employed by Nexer and have your home office with us in Linköping, where the door is always open for you regardless of the assignment's location.
