Telephone Interviewers

TSSO telephone interviewers are key contributors to our research operations. Our staff are energetic, results-driven, and vital to our nationwide survey research team. Our telephone interviewers are primarily responsible for screening and interviewing survey respondents over the phone about issues such as health care, employment, and education.

Phone interviews are the fundamental tool by which we are able to provide data, so the interviewer is the one who makes it all possible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews using carefully developed, field-tested questionnaires.
• Establish rapport with respondents and encourage them to participate in surveys.
• Demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and courtesy, even while speaking with respondents whose opinion may differ.

Requirements

• Flexible part-time hours.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and traditional business hours.
• Self-motivated and reliable.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual in English and Spanish for premium starting wage.
