Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets, establishing sustainable revenue streams.
  • Market Development: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging direct engagements, channel partnerships, and customer renewals to drive business growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Create a clear regional growth strategy focusing on market penetration, customer acquisition, and long-term scalability.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Canary Technologies as a trusted industry expert at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to elevate the brand and drive regional awareness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional goals with company objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to support regional growth. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage target accounts through diverse channels, including email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person meetings.
  • Sales Process Creation: Develop and refine an outbound sales process that can scale across the region.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and other tools for lead management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Language Requirements: German and English (native proficiency)
  • Sales Management: End-to-end sales management experience
  • Experience: 8+ years in a closing sales role, with proven success in hitting or exceeding targets
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience selling hospitality software or solutions in the B2B SaaS space
  • Market Launch: Track record of launching new markets or building business operations from the ground up
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide teams effectively
  • Autonomy: Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Local Market Understanding: Deep understanding of the local business culture with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation

Target cash compensation ranges from €100,000 – €117,000, including a fixed annual salary and uncapped commission paid monthly.

This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval.

Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.
