About the Position
We are in search of a talented Requirements and Test Analyst for our client, a leading provider of pension services in Sweden. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of requested services as part of a significant development project aimed at creating a new, adaptable, and resilient IT system for managing occupational pension payments.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the entire development process, encompassing design, development, and testing, within an agile working framework.
- Ensure documentation is in line with the client's guidelines.
- Transfer knowledge to designated personnel.
- Contribute expertise to other client-selected assignments.
Requirements
- A relevant university/college degree in IT or information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and demonstrated proficiency in working with requirements and testing in agile environments. The experience should not exceed 12 years from the publication date of the inquiry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record in test management.
- Documented experience in the payments domain, including payments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft's Azure DevOps.
- Experience in working with integrations with external entities and government agencies.
