About the Position
Test Engineer
Location: London, England
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 GBP
Employment Type: Permanent
Role: Consultant
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the testing environment, taking ownership of key areas: PowerApps, SharePoint, and Data.
- Proficient in SQL for data validation and defect investigation.
- Hands-on experience testing PowerApps, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and platform workflows.
- Validate ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, Fabric datasets, and reporting outputs.
- Design test cases, structure test cycles, and collaborate with Business Analysts to plan and execute test scenarios.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Core Skills:
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with PowerApps, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and platform workflows
- Demonstrated experience validating ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, Fabric datasets, and reporting outputs
- Secondary Skills:
- Designing test cases
- Structuring test cycles
- Strong communication skills
