About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automated testing. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring product quality and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle, working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
You will collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines, contribute your expertise to meaningful projects, and have the opportunity to continue developing your skills while making a real impact on the quality of our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
- Participate in defining test strategies and performing Product Risk Analyses (PRA).
- Analyze test results, report defects, and provide release recommendations.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to review requirements and user stories.
- Set up and manage test data and test management tools.
- Implement and maintain Test Automation Frameworks.
- Contribute ideas and share your expertise to support continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Proficient in tools like Selenium, Tosca, Appium, Cucumber, and SpecFlow.
- Strong knowledge of TDD, BDD, and test automation architecture.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Programming skills in one or more: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with test management systems such as JIRA, Quality Center, Xray.
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) and frameworks (Robot, Cypress).
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML testing, low-code platforms (Pega, Outsystems), or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Soft Skills
- Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of quality assurance processes.
- Open to learning, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
