About the Position
Join TMC as a Test Engineer Automotive in Gothenburg, Sweden. Conduct test engineering activities across multiple abstraction layers, ensuring high-quality testing processes and results.
Responsibilities
- Perform test execution in various environments, such as HIL, SIL, VIL, and real-world vehicle testing.
- Take responsibility for fault tracing, administrative traceability, and coverage analysis.
- Collaborate across different test infrastructures and support integration and technical alignment.
- Work with test assets, including Boxcar, CANalyzer, CANoe, INCA, DSA, CarConfig, and CarCom.
- Ensure the readiness and quality of test processes and support agile working methodologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in test engineering within the automotive industry.
- Experience in component, domain, and complete vehicle testing.
- Proficiency with test tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, INCA, DSA.
- Strong skills in fault tracing and troubleshooting.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience in embedded software development, including proficiency in C, Python, MATLAB, TargetLink, or Ascet.
- A hands-on mindset-you're not afraid to get involved in practical testing and troubleshooting.
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a strong drive to stay at the forefront of its technological advancements.
