About the Position

Test Engineer - Function Validation (m/f/x)

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA is seeking a dedicated Test Engineer - Function Validation to join our team in Bulle, Switzerland. If you are passionate about developing and improving axial piston machines in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Development, improvement, and validation of the performance of axial piston machines
• Establishing and improving standardized and automated test procedures
• Analyzing measurement results and proposing optimization measures
• Using simulation tools to interpret and understand test results
• Identifying root causes of technical problems and developing innovative solutions
• Managing the implementation and evaluation of functional tests
• Providing technical expertise to assembly and test bench operators
• Collaborating with various departments and internal customers for effective coordination

Requirements

• Higher education in microengineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in hydraulic systems development
• Fluency in French and German, with good command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Python, MATLAB, HBM Catman, and NI DIAdem
• Excellent analytical skills, commitment, flexibility, autonomy, and professional communication skills
