About the Position
We are seeking a Test Lead with strong experience in functional testing, JIRA, and database validation to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. This is a Hybrid position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage functional testing activities
- Utilize JIRA and/or X-Ray for test management
- Perform basic database validation and comparisons (DB ↔ UI, DB ↔ DB)
Requirements
- Strong experience in functional testing
- Experience in JIRA and/or X-Ray
- Experience in performing basic database validation and comparisons
Nice to Have
- Co-pilot / generative AI capabilities
- BDD, Tosca, and Robot Framework (Python) automation
- Experience in Healthcare / Pharma
