We are seeking a Test Manager for a new project within a Bank. Teams are around 6–10 people, and the bank is generally very efficiency-focused. The overall environment is rather conservative – requiring reports, the ability to defend decisions, and handling administrative tasks.
Office location: Dejvice, Evropská Street.
Responsibilities
- Creating the test strategy
- Creating the test plan
- Test management
- Test analysis
- Coordinating testing activities
- Collaboration with Project Managers
- Working with JIRA and Confluence
- Test reporting
Requirements
- Experience in creating test strategies and plans
- Proficiency in test management and analysis
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills
