About the Position
We are looking for a Test Manager for the SAP Tax program. The ideal candidate will lead all the test areas, manage plans, and coordinate with various teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead all the test areas for the SAP Tax program, with several projects running in parallel.
- Manage Test plans, timelines with strong coordination with the Project Managers (PM's).
- Coordinate System Integration Test (SIT) test phases with the Technical Functional team (ensure test cases are ready before starting the SIT, follow up execution status, manage defects, etc.).
- Coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) test phases with the Business team (collect and enable Business Users to do the UAT, ensure test cases are ready before starting the UAT, follow up execution status, manage defects, etc.).
- Manage reporting with Jira, and coordinate status calls with stakeholders to report status.
- Manage deviations to the plan and work together with the PM to propose mitigations.
Requirements
- Experience as a Test Manager with experience in SAP, ideally in the Taxes area.
- Strong Leadership skills, with proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel, and big projects.
- Strong soft skills: managing Business users and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Jira/Xray for managing test cases, executions, and dashboards.
Additional Comments
- Rate: Should be not higher than 420€/day (we have this limit).
- Dates: To start as soon as possible. We will have an initial contract of 2 months duration, and it can be renewed until the end of FY (end of March 2027).
- Location: Based on Europe timezone.
