Responsibilities

• Deriving acceptance criteria from stories and epics
• Advising project managers and customers on the creation of user stories
• Creating tests and executing them as part of your project
• Designing the test strategy for the project
• Occasional function for the team as SCRUM Master
• Preparation, maintenance and documentation of processes, test plans and agile artifacts
• Monitoring and maintenance of test execution in the project and in the CI environment
• Collaboration as an integral part of the team and responsibility for release approval, among other things
• Advising customers and the project on further options for improving quality
• Support in the execution of manual or automated tests and individual development of skills
• As part of the quality team, actively helping to gradually improve Appsfactory's quality guidelines

Requirements

• Professional experience in test management and agile software development
• Graduate of an apprenticeship in the IT sector or completed studies in computer science, business administration (or similar)
• Ideally "Foundation Level" certification according to ISTQB and a SCRUM Master / Product Owner certification
• Agile, SCRUM, customer communication and hands-on mentality are your everyday life
• Knowledge of the market and current topics
• You are familiar with the execution of automated tests
• You grab every opportunity to expand and share your knowledge
• German language skills at least at C1 level
• English skills at least at B2 level
