In Cluj, Bosch established an Automotive Electronics factory. Since its opening in 2013, the company has been developing high-quality products and innovative solutions for international clients. The production portfolio includes electronic control units for traffic safety, comfort functions, and driver assistance. Additionally, the factory produces electronic control units for electric bicycle (eBike) propulsion systems, designed to transform how we travel.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for testing products from series production according to regulations and standards.
• Responsibility for assembling, preparing, and executing product audit and validation tests within the allocated time, in accordance with specifications and instructions.
• Ensuring that test equipment is available and suitable for testing the requested products.
• Creating evaluation and documentation of test results.
• Ensuring that the report template is respected to ensure easy evaluation and clear visibility of the main results/deviations.
• When deviations are found, inform and seek support from the test engineer or technical superior.
• Highlighting potential problems and requesting prioritization when necessary.
• Participating in the development of solutions with the team and proposing solutions for problems.
• Ensuring that the necessary consumables, fixtures, and cables are available during tests.
• Verifying and confirming that the documentation is up-to-date.
• Updating and maintaining documentation when necessary.
• Proposing improvements to documentation procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• IT skills: MS-Windows, MS-Office, SAP, general knowledge of computer operation and programs
• Knowledge of quality processes in the automotive domain and legal requirements.
• Analysis of technical products, electronic systems, and product audit in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, VDA6.5, PPAP.

Language:

• English: Intermediate
