About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Tester with 1+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing to join our team in Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated software testing to ensure functionality and quality.
Create test plans, test cases, and related documentation.
Identify, report, and track bugs, ensuring their resolution within the development cycle.
Execute regression, integration, and performance tests, ensuring that all system changes are properly evaluated.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of test automation tools and processes.
Analyze test results and provide continuous feedback on software quality.

1+ years of experience as a software tester.
Proven experience in software testing (manual and automated).
Knowledge of testing and automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
Experience with bug tracking and code versioning tools (Jira, Git).
Ability to write clear and precise tests, with a focus on user experience and system performance.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify issues and improve product quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Proficiency with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
Experience in API testing (Postman, SoapUI).
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python).
ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Experience testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
