About the Position

We are seeking a Third-Party Risk Management Specialist to oversee vendor partnerships and risk management across Asia for a leading financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party risk management and vendor partnerships across Asia
• Drive the full lifecycle of vendor management, including strategic sourcing, detailed due diligence, commercial negotiations, and performance management for corporate services
• Establish and maintain robust vendor governance frameworks that align seamlessly with regional banking regulations and external compliance guidelines
• Design and implement comprehensive vendor scorecards and performance metrics to elevate accountability and service quality
• Oversee substantial procurement budgets with a strategic focus on cost efficiency, operational resilience, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate closely with legal, risk, and internal compliance teams to embed regulatory safeguards and service level standards into contractual agreements

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end procurement, vendor governance, or third-party risk management within the financial services sector
• Strong familiarity with regional banking regulations, particularly regarding outsourcing risk frameworks and compliance standards
• Experience in drafting operational standard operating procedures and implementing risk controls to support business continuity
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to influence internal leadership and external commercial partners

We Offer

• Competitive salary: S$5,500 - S$6,000 per month
• Contract: Full-time
