TIBCO Specialist / Integration Consultant

We are a leading company in the Data & AI consulting sector. We support major enterprise companies in their digital transformation journey, designing complex architectures and cutting-edge data solutions. In view of the start of a new and challenging project in the Enterprise sector (Engineering/Manufacturing), we are strengthening our team and are looking for professionals specialized in the TIBCO ecosystem.

The role:

We are looking for profiles with experience in the TIBCO suite, to be inserted in a dynamic project team. Given the complexity and articulation of the client's ecosystem, we are open to evaluating professionals with different backgrounds: from application development, to integration architecture, to system configuration and data analysis.

What you will do (depending on your profile and background):

• Analysis, design, and development of integration architectures and data flows using TIBCO suite products.
• Support in the implementation of APIs, microservices, and orchestration logic (e.g., via TIBCO BusinessWorks).
• Configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of messaging infrastructures (e.g., TIBCO EMS).
• Possible support in the development of dashboards and data visualization (e.g., TIBCO Spotfire).
• Gathering technical and business requirements by closely collaborating with the client's stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience with TIBCO suite technologies and solutions (e.g., ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks, EMS, API Management, Mashery, or Spotfire).
• Knowledge of basic concepts of System Integration, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), and REST/SOAP APIs.
• General familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, SQL, XML, JSON).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams within structured enterprise contexts.
• Availability for national travel.

What we offer:

• Insertion in a high-tech enterprise project.
• Permanent contract with a collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) and indicative gross annual salary (RAL) in the range of €32,000 - €45,000. The exact placement will be defined based on technical skills and specific experience in the role. (For profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be considered with internal approval).
• Flexible working arrangements (Smart Working / Hybrid).
• Continuous training and certification paths.

Work location: Milano or Roma (with the possibility of hybrid work)
