About the Position
We are seeking a Supply and Logistics Manager with 1-2 years of experience in supply and/or logistics management to join our team in Lithuania.
Responsibilities
- Planning the supply of raw materials and packaging, forming, organizing, and controlling orders to suppliers
- Coordinating the supply process and continuously improving it, searching for new suppliers
- Analyzing the stock of raw materials and packaging in warehouses and ensuring their optimal quantity
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain
- Preparing, sending, administering, and storing logistics and transport documentation (LT, EU, and non-EU market)
- Checking and administering received documents and invoices from carriers, clients, and intermediaries
- Collaborating with the internal team to achieve common operational results
- Performing other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Higher education or higher in logistics, management, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supply and/or logistics management position
- Experience in the food industry or manufacturing company is a plus
- Proficiency in working with computers (especially MS Excel)
- Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken)
- Analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information
- Good time management and work organization skills
