We are seeking a Social Creative, Motion with a strong passion for beauty and art to join our luxury beauty brand's Global Creative team in New York City. This dynamic role will support Global Social & Editorial Evergreen programs, focusing primarily on filming, concepting, and editing TikTok content while also assisting the team across other social channels.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging TikTok videos that align with luxury branding and aesthetic standards.
• Support the development of compelling content for Instagram and other social platforms.
• Stay current with emerging TikTok trends and creatively adapt them for a high-end, sophisticated audience.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Social & Editorial teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand aesthetic across all channels.
• Assist with the full production lifecycle of assets, from initial concept to final release, with a strong focus on TikTok deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Proficiency in all Adobe programs, specifically:
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • Photoshop
• Proficient in Keynote & Figma for deck and presentation development.
• Exceptional editorial eye with a keen and demonstrated understanding of luxury branding and visual quality.
• Proven ability to translate digital trends into visually compelling, elevated content.
• Innovative and willing to experiment with new concepts and approaches to drive engagement.
• A dedicated problem-solver and collaborative team player, bringing a solutions-first approach to all work.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using Wrike or other project management tools to develop project plans, assign tasks, and report on program status.
